How do I invite people to take my survey?You can send them a letter with link to survey. Link to running survey is available on "Publish details" of survey editing. Can I test my survey prior to making it active?Yes. After you have created survey it gets "In design" status. In this status you can test your survey. How many questions can I include per survey?Any number. Do you support conditional skips and branching?Yes. Every question has a "Logic" tab where you can select skip to question. Also "skip to question" feature is available for answers of "Single" and "Multiple" questions. Can I add my own logo and other images to my survey?Yes you can add your logo. Select "Details" tab on poll editing. Can I make my survey appear to be part of my web site, or retain my organization's color scheme, style and branding?No. Can I create the same survey in different languages?Yes. SurveyBand.com stores data in utf-8 encoding. Is there a way to completely remove the "SurveyBand.com" name from my survey URL? Can I use my own domain name?No. Survey player application runs from surveyband.com site. What if we want to be invisible? Can you co-brand the survey and/or serve as a "third party administrator" or "independent research organization"?No. We just provide a tool for marketing research. Reporting and Data AnalysisCan I view my results in real-time?Yes. You can view results in reports section. Do you create custom reports and data analysis? What about presentation materials?We have many different reports on PDF formats for presentation. Can I analyze my data directly, by going straight to the underlying database tables and storage mechanisms (e.g., client/server, ODBC, SQL, et al) using another reporting, charting, statistical analysis or presentation software?No. Can we get our data out of your database and into ours using automated processes?Yes. You can download data on Microsoft Excel format. System Requirements, Application Architecture and SecurityAre their any specific operating system or browser requirements for SurveyBand.com? What do you estimate is the percent of the Internet population that has systems compatible with SurveyBand.com?All modern browsers are compatible with SurveyBand.com. You need to have Adobe Flash player installed in your browser. Does Java or any other software get downloaded to my computer?No Can your service support high volumes of survey respondents and email invitations?Yes it supports high volumes of survey responders. No email invitations aren't implemented yet. Does SurveyBand.com support images, audio files, and video objects? Are their any limits on file sizes? Does SurveyBand.com support image protection (so images can not be "Saved As")?Yes it supports images of popular formats (jpg ,gif ,png). Yes, it's impossible to download images during survey collecting results process. Video and audio files support is planned to be included to up coming releases. Can SurveyBand.com handle other types of questionnaires besides surveys?No How does SurveyBand.com address my security concerns?No personal data or survey authored data is shared among other users. For example, optionally preventing backup, optionally requiring usernames and passwords, locking out IP addresses, preventing ballot box stuffing, defining start/stop dates, and defining the maximum number of acceptable responses.Can SurveyBand.com take into account additional parameters? For example, parameters included into the survey URL, participant demographic details coming from a panelist database, prior online behavior, or responses to a previous survey.
