    Have you even had an allergy test, yet? You should really be tested before you go through an elimination diet. You find out what you’re allergic to, and then you avoid it for a month or more. You see if your symptoms resolve and then when you bring it back in, see if they begin again. Of course you don’t have to have the testing but I really recommend it. You should see an allergist as most ‘regular’ doctors see it fit for you to just do the diet. It doesn’t really work like that. But anyways, you should notice within the first few weeks. You’ll go through withdrawal and once that resolved you should feel better. If you don’t, it’s something else.
